Joseph Iannotta
CFO
Joseph Iannotta is the Chief Financial Officer at Delmic Property Management. With over 20 years of experience building financial operations, Joseph oversees investment, taxation, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Previously, Joseph served as CFO for Thimble Point Acquisition Corp and Head of Finance for the Pritzker Vlock Family Office. He also managed a multi-billion-dollar equity portfolio at GE Capital.

Joseph began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. He earned his BS in Accounting from Providence College and an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate & Finance. With extensive experience in real estate, private equity, and equity portfolio accounting, Joseph is instrumental in driving Delmic Property Management’s financial success and strategic growth.
